Hi, I’m Jen Frazho, CEO and Founder of MEANT, and this is the MEANT story…
It all started in 2017 after an impromptu coffee date with a friend. I had just moved to the Prior Lake, MN area from Omaha and was trying to figure out how to build my new financial business while also enjoying networking with friends and the people I had fun spending time with.
Our two-person coffee meeting grew from there, and before we knew it, there were six of us sitting at the Lunds and Byerly’s Caribou Coffee in Prior Lake, MN. One day, a manager at Lunds & Byerly’s stopped and asked us if we needed a more private spot to meet and offered us their employee break room, and we took him up on his generous offer!
I remember standing at the whiteboard in the employee breakroom while brainstorming what we were doing and realizing we had become a “thing.” Our small but mighty networking friend group needed a name. The ideas flowed back and forth, and I finally said, “I don’t know, we’re just MEANT to be,” the rest is history!
Let’s be real.
Having a successful business isn’t a one-person show. To get where we want to go, we need each other to grow. In a world where networking has become increasingly mundane, tedious, and boring, MEANT is here to show you that networking should be fun and exciting when you’re doing it with the right people and organization!
